  • For affiliates’ everyday business purposes (creditworthiness) – No
  • For affiliates to market to you – Yes
  • For nonaffiliates to market to you – No (We don’t share)

To Limit Our Sharing

If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information 30 days from the date we sent this notice. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice. You may contact us at any time to limit our sharing.

  • Affiliates from marketing to you
  • Sharing with nonaffiliates for marketing

State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights.

Your choices apply to everyone on your account.

Definitions

Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. Includes: OSG/Diamond Marketing Solution, Cuna Mutual, Evans Simpson, First Data/Star, Affinion, MY CU, Vizo Financial Corporate, Symitar/Cruise, CSPI INC, Fiserv, Eltropy.

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership. Emerald Credit Association FCU does not share with nonaffiliates for marketing purposes.

Joint Marketing

A formal agreement between financial companies to jointly market products. Emerald Credit Association FCU does not jointly market.
